Hey.. I got placed at Wipro Technologies on 4th May.
Feels great to be placed..

Well basically before this placement, the other placements were all interleaved with my Prelims..

It was crazy.. basically i had a placement on one day & a prelim on the next.. Crazy stuff...

As usual, I flunked my prelims...

After the prelims were my Vivas.. they went off surprisingly well..
haha, my ADB viva was crazy.. My viva partner BLANKED OUT.... So, thru out the viva all I could hear was him mumbling.."Sh*t.. F**k...Sh*t..F**k".. It was one crazy experience.. Luckily i managed to answer all :-p

Now, gettin to the topic of placements...

I had given 7 aptis totally... I cleared 2 out of 7..

1st was TechMahindra(MBT)...Cleared the GD, had a decent Tech interview, cleared that, moved on to HR, which also went of smooth....
At the end they chose 11 out of 13.. & I was one of the CHOSEN TWO..
That was one pissing off experience...haha.. My revenge plan was cool though.. I was gonna study Like hell for the CAT, Join TechMahindra & fire the HR guys ass off... :-D

Basically, we were having 3 companies coming in a row, on 3rd May it was Patni, on 4th Wipro & on 5th, Infy...

3rd May(Day of Patni), started off with the current goin off at 8..God Damn MSEB.. & Neo Barking; Oh yes.. Neo has grown up & barks now...basically the high pitched yelp has changed to an even louder, medium pitched even more irritating BARK!!
Then i gave the apti, Patni people were wierd... they had no definete rules on the Apti.. They said stuff like "There MAY BE negative marking" what the hell is that supposed to mean.. either way, dint clear that..

So, that night i said screw all this, I need some rest & need to have a clear head.. Hence, i slept off early..

It was 4th May, I woke up fresh, No barking sounds, felt like the perfect day :-).. i had a good feeling abt the day..

Well, I reached college at 9am.. They wipro people had arrived at 8:45am itself. They were the first company ive seen that has arrived before time!
The presentation started at 9:30am... Pretty impressive.. ofcourse there was a lotta bullshit in it abt how Wipro is established, & Accenture is still Emerging..lol.. that apart it was gud..
We were given instructions that the test would start at 10:30 am, & on clearing that there would be a Tech Interview. On clearing that, you shall receive a form. On completing the form, you shall head to the HR interview; after this, the result will be declared.

Well, Igave the Apti.. It went off well..Was kinda tuff..They had Verbal, Analytical & Technical.
Manage all three fine, xcpt that the Technical Section had lots of Unix qstns in it.. & I'm not really a Unix buff..
Infact i removed RedHat linux coz it was a pain.. the damn thing had crashed & there was no way to fix it other than a reinstall...

Gettin back to the apti...Since there was no negative marking, could go for a few matkas here & there...

They declared the result within half an hr of completing the test...

We were then given a 1hr break for lunch. Tech Interviews started at 1:30...

Basically there were 3 ppl takin interviews simultaneously...

I had one gruelling Tech Interview which lasted abt 30 - 40mins... Went off amazingly well..

at the end of which my interviewer said "Im proud & happy to give u this form"!! It was an awsum experience..
Basically, I broke the curse, I was the first to get the HR form.. felt cool..

I was then fillin the form in the class with help from Subu, Rcq & Reddy:-).. lol it was funny..

finally filled it all up...

went for HR..

I was teh first to give the HR.. & I was the only chap to be grilled by 2 HR people...

My HR interview was crazy...
They asked the usual qstns.. tell us abt ur self, why do u wanna join Wipro etc etc..
some crazy stuff at teh HR was:
Q:Do u remember any Nursery Rhymes? Okay, think about it for a minute, & tell me what it means!
hehe.. I said "Baba Black sheep, & its about a sheep that is to be sheered & the allocation of wool to diff people ":-p

& yes.. I had to sing it..:-p.. My HR Interview ended with my singing the first stanza of Come as you are... I guess I have to thank Kurt for the Job too!

Well.. Now that i have the job.. I have the burden of maintainin my grade at 60%.. Hopefully will manage it..

Its PL time now... absolutely no mood to study.. hopefully will get into the groove of studies...

After Tatva, i had a helluva lot of wrapping up to do. Clearing the accounts yadayadayada...

Just as this job ended... I realised that we had to plan the farewell for our Seniors, coz this was the perfect time. They are the first batch passing out of this college! So, a tradition had to be set...I took up the initiative along with Vivek & Noi to arrange the whole thing...

For two weeks, Vivek, Noi, Jimi & Me scouted around all over Vashi & New Bombay looking for a place to set it up...

We planned to hold it initially at Marine Centre, Vashi... It was an xcllnt place with great music & food & xcllnt ligthing.. but it didnt work out since a lot of people werent willing to travel that far & a few thought it was unsafe...

Next, we found a place called 'Samna' hall, this was a cheaper option, Awsum terrace, great deal on the food... but as usual, the response was less...

Finally, we decided to hold it college, since that felt like the most feasible option... Got in touch with the lights chap, got a great deal on the food & a good DJ...

Till about 2pm this afternoon, we thought we would have to chip in extra for the farewell! Coz basically it was arnd 100people payin for 150 people! By 5pm, we had had an amazing response!

The event started at 7pm.. Things were goin fine.. when suddenly, the College Canteen chap turns up sayin sumthin abt the monopoly that he has in the college!!!! Oh well, I spoke to him & settled that...Got the food setup on time..
At 8:30pm, the princi walked in & told us to stop the music... bah.. by 8:40pm, music was stopped & people got to eating food...

Food was xcllnt...

Overall it went of well... I danced like maniac..

Vivek, Noi, John, Shiva, Jimi & me were the main organisers for this event...
It was a major effort on all our sides...esp. with the submissions round the corner!

Great work guys!:-) I enjoyed every bit of it!:-)

Im glad that a lot of juniors turned up.. Finally, a tradition has been set & shall be followed for our batch too:-)(hopefully!!)

I Wish all of you the best of luck for woteva u chaps are pursuing. I'll sure miss u chaps.. Uve been awsum seniors...Stay cool:-)

Well.. Now i have to get back to reality & face the millions of journals & write ups i have! I'll manage it I guess:-)

It was 9th March, One day before Tatva...

Everyone was revved up, 18events over 2 days! Preparations were on full scale!
Meanwhile, We had to get the T-Shirts collected for the Fest on the very day....T-shirts came.. looked cool:-)
Got a great deal on em too..MSEB said that current wouldnt go on teh 10th.. Life seemed perfect...
The robotics tracks were setup, LAN games were installed & tested;-)... everything was fine...My Photo was in the Mid-day dated 9th March;-)... So that was one cool thing for that day...
It was 4:00pm.. The Raymond dudes arrived to setup their Banners & Hoarding all over the college... The chaps were setting up a huge 26x12 foot hoarding in college. They arrived at about 7:30pm... It looked awsum... I was in college till 1AM along with Prem & Parik monitoring the whole thing...
Headed back to hostel & got some shut eye..

Woke up the next mornin, it was 8:30 AM... The morning was affirmed by the high pitched resonating yelp of Neo... #$%^#%$#$ Neo!

The day of Tatva had arrived!

The plan for the day was:

10:30 - 11AM Inauguaral
11:AM - 1PM Raymond Grooming Workshop
11AM - 6PM Elims of all events

Akshay & Kunal were to pick up the Chief Guest at Andheri, & leave from there by 9AM, So they could reach college by 10 - 10:15AM...

I get a call from them at 10:00AM saying that they were still stuck in Andheri.. & they still hadnt reached the Chief Guest's Residence!!!
The Guest of Honour(GoH) had arrived at 10:15AM, perfectly on time...We then took the GoH to the princi's cabin. While the princi & GoH were chatting, we were wondering how things should be planned..
It was 11AM, the Raymond Grooming Workshop people had arrived. These chaps were still in Andheri!!!
Problems had begun...The GoH & princi were ready, Grooming Workshop Staff was ready but CG wasnt there!
Well, I did the most logical thing I could do then, & got the inaugural postponed.
At 11:45AM, finally the chaps arrived with the Chief Guest(CG)... We welcomed the CG & offered him some refreshments, & immediately got things setup for the inaugural...
Got the inaugural started by 12:15PM...I gave my speech:-p haha it was a 1minute extempore.. went off decent...Kunal has recorded 47 seconds of it:-p.. will put it up soon;-)
Inaugural was over... We cleared the audi to setup for the Raymond Grooming Workshop...
It was 1:30pm, The Grooming session was all setup.. The Female writes 'G' 'R', on the white board, when Boom! the current goes!!
Im like "what teh #$#@$#!!!".. the damn MSEB idiots said that current wudnt go! Its crazy time for me! Many of teh events were Computer Based...But as this thing wasnt under my control.. couldnt really do much...
People participated in the Quiz Eliminations(which were luckily Paper based!)....So we had crowd there...
It was 3:30PM, & still no real reply from MSEB regarding the Power Scenario... The Raymond People had other appointments too, so, we got the Grooming Workshop cancelled....

The current finally came back at 5PM! @#$#@$ MSEB!!

Inspite of all this current nonsense we still had a lot of participants waiting back to participate...i guess that was coz of the good prize money:-p...
so, the fest went on till 8pm!
It felt cool at the end of the day...inspite of all this nonsense happnin, I still didnt lose my cool..Took things as they were & made things better, wherever possible...I guess I work well under pressure:-)...
At the end of the day we had excellent participation & collection from registrations were greater than those from the previous year!

Day 1 was eliminations & Day 2 was the finals of all those events...
Day 2 went off smooth... No Power Cuts(thankfully!).... We also had a lecture on IPR(Intellectual Property Rights), which was excellent.
After the fest, a group of us i.e the main organisers all went for a celebration to Vashi.. Basically Hogged!

so, in the end...Tatva Rocked!:-)

Like the saying goes, "All's well that ends well"...

The fest was a result of the hardwork of all the organizers & volunteers...I wanna congratulate them on the great job done! Wouldnt have been possible without u guys!

Hot Cars, Hot Chicks & weee bit of Booze...

Sorry for the late post...
Ive been really busy!

The last week was really kick ass!:-p

well.. it was sunday mornin, left for IMS at 8:20am from the hostel, reached late.. Had to share a seat in the class.. So basically 3 ppl sittin on a bench made for 2! I got the Half Ass Seat(2nd Class Style)....The profs blabbed their usual stuff... The lecture ended....

Meanwhile, Prad had told Rcq & me about the Drag Race event a Khargar, on the day before. So, Rcq & me decided to go for it. We left after the Class, went to his house & left for Khargar from there... Prad the great thought no one was coming was at home doing nuthin! He lives at Panvel, which is like a 10 min drive to the Drag Race! So, we were on our way to the drag race in Rcq's kick ass Matiz...

At one Signal, we were standin next to a WHITE ASTON MARTIN!!!:-p It was a truly awsum site!! The signal became green... by the time we switched to 2nd gear, that car had disappeared into the horizon!!

We then met up with prad & reached the venue of the drag race...Well, when we had reached, all the cars were leavin.. So, I got to see a lotta modded cars, leaving....

Since we were at the venue, we thought might as well go & check out the place where the race took place. When we reached there, we saw an Awsum HONDA S-2000. Gautam Singhania then stepped in & revved it up & drifted the car... It was truly awsum!:-p

Once that was over, we had a lot of eye candy roamin around.. Nice cars & nice ass;-).. After a nice surveillance of the area, we decided to leave.

Prad suggested visiting Khargar Hilltop. So we decided on that..Prad was near the car & went to lock his bike. Just then, Rcq & me saw a CORVETTE!!!!:-p... it was crazy time... we said..Ballz to Prad, & chased the corvette... hahah we were actually stalking a corvette to take a pic of it from prads cam! It was amazin! the Matiz really out did itself... imagine, it was at 80 KPH on 3rd Gear! We were gettin blocked by an irriating santro on the way.. finally over took it, and Got Photos of it on Prads Phone.

Haha.. So basically we had ditched Prad in the spur of the moment & were stalking a Corvette for Photos with Prads Cam Phone! Prad was stalking us on his bike from behind!!!:-) Though he claims he was chasin the car too but was actually chasing us for his phone;-)! lol.. Sorry prad:-p but the car was truy awsum;-)...

So after the car chasin we headed up to Khargar Hilltop.. It was really amazin... Amazin view.. haha kinda inspired me to get a girlfrend.. but bah! its too much work & responsibility!:-p

Then later on that evening, Rcq & me met up with Ankit & we headed to Pariks Place. Parik had just returned from Canada a fews days ago. Basically his flat was empty & he had a kick ass comp! We met up with him, went to a gaming cafe & played a helluva lot of CS..
That night we had some rum & thumbs Up...nice combo... it was great! We toasted to his TOEFL which he had to give teh next day(or was it the same day..?) and had our sips of joy!
we were watching Russel Peters act on Pariks comp.. hes really funny.
Just then Rcq fell off to sleep... He woke up 20 mins later all high.. blabbin some crap.. hahah it was really hilarious.. :-) He kept sayin.."Im always like this when i Wake up!!":-)

We were then playin games on the comp when suddenly the comp went off! Parik had put the AC on max cooling! We were freezin our arses off & yet the room wasnt cool enough for his comp! So, finally we took the ice box from his refrigerator & kept it on top of the cabinet, as his SMPS was heated up.
It was a crazy night! had awsum fun:-)

March 2nd was teh Placement for L&T InfoTech... I was eligible for it, but didnt clear the aptitude test..The test was some freaky Advance Progressive Matrices... Had to slve 36 of them in 30 mins! I could solve like 15 of them... after that it got really freaky...

Meanwhile, Rcq cleared the apti, had a great interview & got the Job! Congrats to him on that! Infact that night, Ankit, Parik & me celebrated with a game of CS:-)

This friday is the TechFest that I have planned, things seem to be goin fine.. lets hope it stays that way...

All's well that Ends well...

Well.. heres how the day went...
I left from home today at 10... Surprisingly i got a train from the platform closest to the the auto..(i.e No Bridge Climbin Involved).. Ofcourse.. didnt get a seat.. but hey.. with a population of 1.3Billion, shudnt xpct too much in life!
The thing im most thankful for is the train system.. I mean imagine.. even at 12 in the night u end up gettin pushed around at Dadar! Without trains, life would be a bitch... My travel covers all the 3 railways(Western, Central & Harbor)![Borivli--->Dadar--->Kurla--->Nerul].. Its a nice 3 train journey to college.. what i enjoy the most is the rush you get out of it... Try travellin in a Virar Train to borivli from dadar at around 7 in the evenin..Its one helluva ride!
So gettin back to the point... I enjoy my long journey...
On reaching college, im greeted by my fellow students...We had to submit our resume(Basically mark details) to the Training & Placement[T&P] cell.. Im one of the volunteers of teh T&P cell. So basically I was helpin people with submittin their Resumes....
We sent a bunch of juniors to go get some sponsors in Vashi....
Its 12:45, Archana tells us we have an appointment at 2 at Dadar!!!! We were out of Sponsorship plans & people... & for all those unfamiliar with the MSEBs Awsum Load Shedding Scheme... Nerul East loses power from 1pm to 3:30pm.. That left us with only 15 mins to get a print of the sponsorship plan & assign some one to goto Dadar... It was wierd.. We have 1.3 billion
people in this country & yet we were short of people!!! Crazy times.. i used some silly floppy i had in my bag to get the soft copy of the plan... as usual..Murphys Law came true.. File got copied to the floppy but didnt read!!! Finally somehow we found the plan on a CD & got it printed... phew.. that was a relif! Rcq pushed off with Abhinav & I took charge of things in College...
Basically we've called almost every company under the sun.. so not too much work was left on the sponsorship front.. Archana left at 3:30...Just 15mins after that... The Colleges most Trusty Peon Pawar, doing what he always does, arrived from the university.. but this time with the results of BE Comps & IT....
The air had that wierd feel...People squirming.. asking him when it will be put up...
Finally at arnd 5 the results were up..Mixed emotions all over...While people were celebrating or doin wot they do, I was strummin away on Subbus elec in a class room....Nice fun...
At arnd 6:30 i left with a bunch of seniors to the Balaji Temple at Nerul West... Its an awsum temple... Temples always have that feelin of peace & serenity in them..Its a nice feeling.....
I actually did an archana in my name.. Im not really that religious by nature.. Thought might as well try sumthin new for a change...Basically paid my respect to the gods & got my blessing...

Xcllnt Road Trip!

Well... the Trip rocked!

This trip was planned on Wednesday evening... We started callin up people on wednesday evening.. Got lots of yesses & lots on Nos!
We landed at the figure of 21 people. Ofcourse most of the people said they would let us know by Thursday.. so basically we had 10 people who confirmed that they will come on Wednesday night...

Thursday morning, I wake up with the Good Ol' Ultra High Freq Yelp of Neo! Aah.. Nice start to the day by cursing Neo..stupid &%*&#*&$# dog!
Oh well.. I check my cellfone.. Get an SMS from prad sayin he can get a bus for Rs. 4150. also get a MSG from Adi sayin he can get it for Rs. 4500. So i tell Adi we can get it for cheaper. That gets settled. Then, through out the day, we contact people.. a few ppl back off.. a few more people join in...Its afternoon time. Rcq and me tired of doin woteva little IEEE work was left, head to the army grnd to see the 3rd Cricket Match our team was playin. We land there to find out that only 9 players had arrived that day.. so we were like subs:-) luckily it was batting side;-). An xcllnt match.. Great work by Atul.. He really kicked some ass! Really close match... It was nice to support the team! Headed to the juice centre, enjoyed some Lime Juice(That was the only thing available coz of the power cut!)
We tell prad to go ahead and book the bus at 4150. This is at abt 4pm. At 5pm we get a call from Prad. He says that the bus we were to get at 4150 is gone! The chap gave it away coz we didnt confirm in time. Prad tells us that the bus will cost abt 5000. So we had a new problem we tell prad to negotiate and get it for cheaper. At 5:30 prad tells us we can get it for 4800. We were still now happy.. we tell to get it for cheaper. Basically the travel agent didnt have any buses & was callin up other chaps he knew to get it for cheaper. Meanwhile, we call Adi & ask him if he can get that bus at 4500 or cheaper.
At 6, Adi tells us that the bus is booked for 4500. We call prad and tell him to tell this chap that we got it for cheaper. This very moment, we have people backing out & a few ppl joining in, with a figure of 22 people confirmed. I give Rcq the list of people & he heads home.
I head to the hostel... All relaxed, listening to music. When Rcq calls me & tells me.. Adis chap cant get the bus! Freaky time! We have the people, the location but no means of travel!!!
But I was chilled out as usual. We called prad & told him to get the back to the other chap. Prad was scared coz the chap was really pissed coz we sed no.. the chap had been callin travel agents all over to get us a bus, & when he got one prad told him no! So, while prad went to talk to the travel agent, i was chilled out listenin to music in my room..
At 7:15 i get a call from Prad sayin teh chap has agreed.. That was great news.. he also wanted a deposit of a 1000bux. Prad calls & asks whether i have any cash. Since i was equipped with an ATM card, and a recently updated balance;-), i came to the rescue! I withdrew 1500 jus for safety sake, bought a ticket to Panvel and went to the stn where i had to wait 15mins for the freakin train to arrive!
Well, finally arrived at Panvel, met up with went to travel agent & got the bus finally booked for Rs. 4800, with a deposit of 1300...I head back to Nerul, meet up with Gautam, have a tea while he has his smoke...We wait for Shreyas coz he was plannin to back off.. haha he had a talk with us & was back on board:-)....
I head back to my room jsut when im about to sleep i get a msg from Adi sayin he cant make it! Oh well... He tried his best.. parent troubles...

Next Morning, I wake up at 6:30am, meet up with Gautam, & head to college by 7:30.. Prad was teh last one to arrive at 7:55..
We get into the bus & the trip has begun! It was amazin.. Finally the Comp class had gotten together to chill together!:-)
The bus ride was awsum.. people cracking jokes, singing songs.. we played killer.. that was fun...
We stopped on the way at Wadakal, had some vada & Tea...The place was a nice change from ur usual hotels. haha it had a Hilarious Sign sayin "Moothari Kadey ---->" & the wierdest Gents urinal.. hahahha we were laffin our arses off!
Our 1st stop was Birla temple. We reached there at 11:15am to realise that it opens at 4:30pm! So we headed straight to Kashid Beach, reached there at 11:45...
Amazin beach very clean.. Felt like one of those Chennai beaches...
Some people changed to shorts, i didnt carry anythin! not even a bag! So, i chucked my wallet, glasses, keys etc into Sanjays bag & headed for the water where everyone was already enjoyin!
The water was awsum.. rode the waves.. Amazin xperience!
By 1:30 we were hungry.. We had told people to get food. So, we had a bit from everyones dabba...Rcq got some tomato rice.. hogged that:-p & also hogged some macroni from sheetal... Also ordered some Omlette pav there... hogged!
After that i lazed on a Hammock while the others played Dog & the Bone...Then they reverted to box cricket.. I lazed arnd for 1 match & played the 2nd.. it was great fun! Prad got all serious abt the game.. idiot..:-D
While playin Box cricket, we were usin a stool of one of the shops as stumps.. Gautam the great chucked the ball at the stumps gettin sumone runout & also chipping off a nice plastic chunk from it! the chap got pissed told us to pay 100 bux for it.. we told to shove off & continued to play!:-) we were on vaction.. the last thing we need to do is fight with the chap for a stupid plastic stool!
After 2nd Match, we played some Dodge ball.. awsum fun! we played that for an hr.. it was great!:-) Rigil was totally fagged out at the end of it! haha he could barely stand.. The girls teh went changed & we pushed off to Birla Temple...
Birla Temple was Truly Amazin! It was an awsum temple.. very clean.. amazin sculptures of teh gods... for some reason it reminded me off college.. but so does everyother temple!
We then headed back.. return trip was fun.. hahahhaa Rigil was as usual pulling sheetals leg.. & me as usual was joinin him in teh same!:-) We stopped on the way back at Wadakal again & bought Vadas for everyone... the driver drove like a madman... we reached in 2 & half hrs! it rocked...Reached nerul at about 9:20pm.
People then headed home.. & So did I!! I returned all fresh for some reason.. Had enough energy to travel all teh way back home!:-)
On returnin home at 11:45pm, I check my email to find out that i have a Meeting regardin the Training & Placement Cell at 11am the next morning!!! Oh well.. I finally went off to sleep at about 1, woke up at 8:45.. left at 9:30.. reached college at 11:30 & missed the damn meeting.. i met up with sheetal & rcq to find out that the meetin was only 15 mins.. Bah! the stupidity.. shudve slept more.. Anyway, we left in Rcq car, ate some Grub at Sadgurus at Chembur.. & I reached home at 4pm. I dozed off at 5 & woke up at 11pm!!!!!
Its 3am now & im not a bit sleepy & i have my CAT class at 9am!!:-p hope i wake up for it when i sleep(If i sleep!!!)...
Oh well.. it was an awsum trip & im thankful to everyone who came for making it an awsum experience!! I guess we'll be plannin many more trips like this one in the future!:-)

Road Trip!!!

I met up with a couple of friends yest....

We planned this trip to Kashid Beach, Alibagh. Called up people got a decent response! So, we leave for Kashid tomorrow morning at 6 : 30 AM by bus.. Its a 4 hr journey one way..

Finally some outing this Vacation!

hmm.. Other than that, Tummy is fine.. Neo COntinued to wake me up with his high pitched yelping...

Vacation Time!

Vacations were declared from 9th Feb - 28th Feb...Well basically the Shankaracharya is gonna be visiting our campus and will be inaugarating a few temples & performin some rituals... The vacation is basically for security reasons...

It was 8th Night...I decided to chill at the hostel that night, wasnt in the mood to travel home in an awfully crowded train....
I was in the vacation mood... Not that ive been studyin all the time in college or anything...But i guess I'll be visitin college now & then for festival work...Still, It was a nice mood..

Met up with two friends at the hostel(Deepak & KT), ate some Egg Biryani for dinner.... life is great!

While eating, they make a plan.... Lets goto Water Kingdom tomorrow.. I was ready, they were ready...They asked around more.... In the end it turned out that we were the only ones interested. lol!

Well, they were pissed...all the plans going to waste.. We thought, screw the plan & might as well make the best of the night. After a few moments of discussion, we decided to go have a beer... So, at 11pm we leave from my room & go have a beer...

A perfect start to a vacation!:-) What better way to start the vacation than with a Kingfisher Strong;-).. Hehe.. it was hilarious.. KT shot up his 2nd glass of beer.. got High.. Started laffin like a maniac.. Luckily he toned down before we reached the hostel.. Actually he was laffin coz before we left for the beer we had seen Rajkumar-If you come today [Its streaming.. so be patient, its worth it!]... That video is really hilarious...

Next day.. I woke up at 8:45am..

It was Vacation time! The air was filled with the usual sounds, the yelping of Neo, the voice of the hostel staff calling someone and ofcourse My voice cursing Neo!

Neo is the hostel dog. Its a black labrador[i think].. Its over pampered by the hostel staff & for some reason never seems to bark.. keeps yelping all the time.. very irritating sound.. high pitched yelp...

I reached home at around 1...
Saw Apharan on DVD.. Pretty nice movie.. looked pretty realistic.. Nice story..The most useless person is the movie was Bipasha Basu.. Absolute waste of screen time...

Hmm.. that evening my stomach got upset...Analysin wot i had done.. I realised that the Egg Biryani must have screwed my stomach & the beer mustve been the catalyst screwin it even more!

Today was a nice day..
Stomach seemed to have toned down a bit...
Another lazy day... Totally relaxed the whole day...Vacations Vohoo!

Meanwhile, I found out that my friends band's[Silent Lucidity] song, Eclipse, is gonna air on Go 92.5 FM on Feb 14th. Its a nice song.. u can dload it off their website...

Well, thats all for now.. Hopefully my tummy will get better soon....

aah.. it was that time of the year again...

I had a Haircut!!!

The barber did a good job.. hats off to him!:-p

Its funny to see the expression of dejavu on his face when he cuts the hair & thinks..."Hmm... I think ive seen that before!"

He got his well deserved tip though...

At the college front, it was identity crisis time again!
People with their usual reactions, "Where did the fro go?", "Did u have a haircut?"[hehe thats a pretty dumb one!] and the most common one..."Ur not fro! Wheres Fro?"

Otherwise same old same old.. Sponsorship work during the day.. Just when things were going fine, the great CIDCO had to Cut power for LOAD SHEDDING!!! bloody @#$%^&*!

Ofcourse Im used to that now...

We had an awsum time in the afternoon at the tatva cell with Noi's great stories on the freakiest porn he had ever seen! infact we have it on video.. maybe ill put up a link to that video one of these days... Really hilarious stuff!:-)

This evening Neeraj, Vinay, Prem n me had an awsum hogging session at Rangoli!!:-p
we ordered a single Pav Bhaji & LOADS of eXtra Pav[8 plates to be more specific;-)] and had 2 Masala Pavs too!:-pI guess thats what happens when you forget to eat Lunch(& Breakfast too for me!)...
It was awsum... We were scaring the Hell outta Prem about his Univ Prac Exams...hehe FE!

Prem n me then had a Cold Coffee[slurp!] on the way to hostel at the trusty 'ol Juice Centre , Balaji. The only hang out for us SIESGST students in Nerul, after the station!

Now i sit here in the hostel.. Jobless as usual...

Oh well, will have to make work... lets see.. High time I inaugarate some of those IMS books...
Now all i have to do is wait for the mood to sink in...

Saw Rang De Basanti yest...

An Ultra Hyped movie...
Over all it was okay... but as I saw it, it was all about that hot british ass!;-) lol

No one got any.. Britons came to India again, & a few more people died... The Stupidest thing in the movie was killing the Defense Minister for a MIG Crashing!!!! I mean cmon...What next? Kill the paper boy for delivering the paper late??? I think its high time writers come up with better ways to motivate the country..

Someone sed its motivating...I was barely motivated... It was more of a comedy.. esp the 2nd half... Laughed mY ass Off!!! As usual, i made yet another serious movie into a comedy!:-p.. infact while the theatre was intently staring at the screen, Deepak n Me were Laffin our arses off...

Oh well... End Verdict -------> One time watch...

Hmm.. all i can say is "Tatva Rocks!".. Till date, ive attended only 2 days of college:-p
Thanks to the letters ive drafted, and a bit of my comm. skills, im gettin attendance for it all:-)

I shall now tell you what ive been doin this whole month...
firstly, had to assign people to events... that was the easy part...

had to get people to work.. oh well managed to do that too...:p

then came the bitches.. gettin people attendance & makin the Brochure...
Gettin people attendance was an easier bitch to handle.. got that done with my xcllnt attendance format, appreciated by the HODs all over!

Brochure... that &@%$*&*#@$... We made one format in Photoshop...

Gave it to the printer... he sends it back sayin, make it Corel Draw...

Argh!! Corel Draw.. the most pissing off software if ur used to Photoshop.. thats the thing remember the most. all those days in the Lab.. sloggin with corel draw.. im sure Sunil will concur...
Then came the printers turn to screw things up...
We gave him the stuff to print.. & of all the things to do.. he misses out the no of the branch counsellor of IEEE(Ragha) in the tech fest brochure....
Well... for all of u who dont know Ragha, Ragha is a prof as calm as buddist monk(dont ask why buddhist!)... when he found abt this he became one pissed off Buddhist MonK!!!!
Well, got every thing fixed.. made stickers n stuff. problem finally solved...

Now, we await sponsorships, people are all conveying the plans to their seniors...

Well, we had Tie Day on Sat. Females were wearin sarees... most of em seemed to have aged 10 yrs!!! cant help it.. some looked better.. ohw ell.. the balance in life has to be maintained i guess:p..
There I was, Dressed in a blu shirt with a red Tie the Computer Executive..:p wearin floaters!:-)
i made my apperance for 20 mins & then left, played some CS.. then left for teh CAT preliminary Test which i had to give for IMS...

Well.. i got the most screwed up score... 11.66... dont ask why .. I was ultra hungry, bored & disinterested.. nuin else to say..:=p

Well, Days have flown by but the future looks bright..

Got my results yesterday, scored 64.1% feels great...
Lets see if things go great will hopefully get placed this semester...
